Our Mobile Teen Support Van and Activity Shuttle is dedicated to providing timely and essential support to our local youth, ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive.

At Titan House, we believe in the power of connection and care to uplift our young people. UPLift503 is committed to creating and sustaining safe and supportive spaces for teens to recharge, refuel, and rebound.
By partnering with Edgewater Partners and local service teams, we streamline essential services, ensuring every teen feels valued and empowered with the tools for success. Together, we foster personal growth and resilience within our community.
What We Offer:
- Shuttle Service: Transportation for teens to events and activities.
- Service Connection: Real-time support and access to local resources.
- Recharge & Refuel: Safe space, water, sports drinks, fruit, healthy snacks, and device charging.
- Support: Seasonal cool down and warming stations, mentorship, and goodwill.
Our mobile approach nurtures young people, supports their needs respectfully, and empowers them to develop healthy habits and reach their full potential.
We are building activity and service connection schedules and planning our outreach hubs. In the meantime, look for us in public spaces and park settings where teens are typically present and searching for connection and activity.

WHAT
Uplift503 provides a shuttle service for teens who need transportation to events and a direct connection to activities. We provide service connection to local resources and support needs the best we can in "real time" with our mobile outreach. We offer opportunities to refuel, recharge, and rebound physically and mentally (a safe space, water, sports drinks, fruit, healthy snacks, subtle and timely service connection, device charging, cool down station, mentorship, goodwill) We help young people navigate their needs with a mobile approach, making it smoother for them to get what they need, and in a way that is respectful, empowering, and promotes healthy habits.
